Duration : 6+ months of contract
Testing experience of IVR Applications and good understanding on IVR testing concepts. • Experience in IVR test data setup, Routing, Skill Mapping, Call flows, and Synthesizing of complex IVR call flows. • Experience using IVR application automation tools such as using Hammer or Cyara • Experience in platform transition and migration. • Experience processing large set of h call data and creating Test cases. • Candidates with Experience in any IVR platform
