IT Operations Project Manager
- Facilitates intra-IT teams, ERP program teams and Vendor teams to build, execute and control project plans through the full life-cycle of the project to deliver quality results on time and on budget
- Identifies and manages risks, issues and dependencies with master ERP program and work streams
- Coaches team members in IT Support operations process documentation
- Provides value by translating requirements and discussions into detailed workplans
- Drives project to success via collaboration and coaching
- Manages expectations with stakeholders, and communicates status, risk, risk mitigation, issues and issue mitigation to Sponsors and Program office
Experience and Skills Required:
- ERP project experience required. Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus
- Management or leadership of IT Operations or similar role.
- Management and facilitation of IT Project Management:
- Lead IT operational support and plan and execution
- Lead the creation & maintenance of a configuration workbook for ERP and/or AX including clear roles and responsibilities
- TFS experience a plus, Microsoft Project experience required
- Highly organized and thorough with excellent follow through and attention
- Management of multiple projects at one time
