Job requirement for Performance Tester

Job Title:  Performance Tester

Location:  Princeton, NJ 

Duration : 12+ Months

Job Description:

 Experience in Cable/Communications industry – must have

Experience in performance testing tools like Jmeter, LoadRunner etc – must have

 Experience in Video performance testing (Preferably for Set Top Boxes) – must have

Azure and VSTS is a must have                                                                              

Experience in APM tool like Appdynamics, Dynatrace etc.                          

Experience in all aspects of the PTLC – must have                                                          

Knowledge of infrastructure components - (servers, storage, ETL, network, etc)

 Strong understanding of non-functional factors such as performance, failover, reliability, availability and the ability to troubleshoot, analysis of various performance metrics.                                                                   

Knowledge on Windows or Unix based application landscape                   

Basic knowledge about load balancers                                                                 

Knowledge of standard QA methodology and Communication skills                       

Knowledge defect management tool JIRA, RQM, Clear Quest would  be helpful

Yrs of experience is 5 + yrs                                                                                               

Experience working with Performance Testing is a must 

Loadrunner is the tool .
